• Additional banking or transaction fees may apply to payments made online.

• Playing hours are strictly enforced. Extensions are subject for approval and availability of the courts. Please arrive on time and vacate the court promptly to respect the next players.

• All reservations are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Big Dinks operates on a NO CASH policy.

• Players must wear proper sports attire, including non-marking court shoes.

• A maximum of twelve (12) players is permitted per court reservation.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the facility.

• Pets are not allowed inside the facility.

• Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and other similar personal transportation devices are not permitted inside the facility.

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.

• Big Dinks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance, weather, or emergencies.

• Players are expected to observe good sportsmanship and respectful conduct at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of play and possible suspension from future bookings.

• Big Dinks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

• Big Dinks is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during play.

• Rental equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed.

• Full payment is required within 30 minutes of booking to secure your reservation.
